From warehouse item to international parcel
The order and the international parcel are separate evidence trails. Keep both visible before making a decision.
1. Product order
A purchasing-agent flow may create an item order before any international parcel exists. Keep the original URL, selected variant and amount paid together.
2. Warehouse evidence
When inspection images are offered, use them to check visible size, colour, quantity and obvious defects. They are not authentication evidence.
3. Parcel submission
International delivery is a later decision. Check the current route, parcel measurements, declaration, insurance terms and quoted charges in the official interface.
4. Courier hand-off
Keep the parcel reference and any later courier tracking separate. This guide does not promise processing or delivery durations.
