Returns: questions to ask before ordering
The official help centre lists returns and refunds, but current deadlines and charges must be checked in the account flow.
Check before payment
Confirm whether the third-party seller accepts the selected item back, which stage the order is at, and what evidence the current official process requests.
Do not assume a free return window
No current number of days, free-return allowance or refund timing was reliably available for publication. Read the official Returns and Refunds section for the specific order.
Keep records
Retain the listing, selected variant, payment record, warehouse images and messages. Describe a mismatch factually and avoid making an authenticity claim that the evidence cannot support.
