QC notes: what a warehouse image can tell you
Use inspection images for visible checks without turning them into an authenticity claim.
Useful visible checks
Compare colour, selected size label, quantity and obvious surface damage with the order record. If a measurement is shown, confirm what was measured and where.
What remains unknown
A photograph cannot establish authenticity, long-term durability, exact materials, hidden construction or final fit. Hoobuy’s own Fill & Buy disclaimer says it cannot distinguish product quality or authenticity.
Keep the evidence together
Save the listing, variant choice and inspection images together. If they disagree, pause and use the official after-sale route rather than treating the image as proof that everything is correct.
